Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all fashion tags still attached to ensure they are protected during transit.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
